Sam Goldsmith

I'm Sam Goldsmith, a photographer and filmmaker based in South East Queensland. I studied film at Griffith University and have spent the last few years freelancing full-time across music, fashion, corporate, real estate, and agency work. I shoot digital, film, and drone, depending on what the job needs. I've had a passion for creating since a young age, and I love to seek beauty in the small moments.

My background is hands-on. I've worked across cinematography, directing, editing, lighting, and colour grading. On my graduate film at Griffith Film School I was the cinematographer, gaffer, and colourist. I've spent time on both sides of the camera, and in pre and post production.

Most jobs I run solo, with a trusted network of crew and collaborators I bring in when a project needs more hands. I'm drawn to music, travel, fashion, sport, and anything with a strong visual world. International work is what I'm building toward.
